Colorado Licensed Foster Home Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Foster Home Supervisor to support the foster care program and ensure optimal placements for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability
• Conduct community-based visits and maintain compliance with certification requirements
• Provide on-call crisis support to foster homes to prevent placement disruptions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, or related field)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Ability to obtain SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire)
• Preferred: Experience in youth service programs such as Foster Care or Child Welfare
