Colorado Licensed Foster Home Supervisor

Job Summary

To support the foster care program, the part-time Colorado Licensed Foster Home Supervisor will engage and grow foster and kinship homes, conduct community-based visits, and ensure compliance with certification requirements while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage, support, and grow foster and kinship homes to enhance placement stability
• Assess foster home needs and growth potential to determine best placement matches for children
• Provide on-call crisis support to foster homes on a rotational basis to prevent placement disruptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Social Work, Psychology, or related field)
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
• Ability to obtain SAFE Certification (may be completed upon hire)
• Preferred: Experience in youth service programs such as Foster Care, Child Welfare, or Social Services
