A company is looking for a Foster Parent Recruiter to engage potential foster and kinship parents through various outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek and engage potential foster and kinship parents through community events and social media
• Educate the community on the need for foster parents and drive recruitment efforts
• Support families through the certification process and provide necessary training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Service or a related field
• Experience within the foster care system and knowledge of Colorado State Rules and Regulations
• 2+ years of recruitment or foster care experience in relevant fields
• Valid Driver's license with a clean record and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass fingerprinting and background checks
