Job Summary

Working from home or the office in Englewood, the full-time salaried Colorado Licensed High School Assistant Principal will manage staff and collaborate with Learning Coaches and students to ensure successful completion of instructional programs while focusing on academic outcomes, policy matters, and supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver academic success by overseeing the implementation of curriculum and school operation protocols
• Maintain professionalism and instructional support among staff while ensuring timely state reporting
• Supervise and evaluate school staff, addressing any escalated issues from students, parents, or teachers

Required qualifications

• Active Administrator Endorsement/License required
• Bachelor's and master's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
• Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to goal-directed management
• Must reside in Colorado
• Technologically proficient, especially with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite
