Job Summary

To support a growing brokerage team, the full-time Colorado Licensed Inside Broker will identify, solicit, and arrange appropriate insurance coverage for clients while managing relationships and driving new and renewal business in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and cultivate client and agent relationships
• Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business
• Negotiate terms and coverages with accessible markets to meet production goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation
• Three years of wholesale insurance experience or equivalent
• Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance policy components and risk profiles
• Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with agencies
