To support a dynamic team, the full-time Colorado Licensed Insurance Agent will develop client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and contribute to agency growth while working in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance solutions
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Market insurance products through various channels, including outside sales efforts and community engagement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred; retail sales experience is a plus
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills across diverse client backgrounds
