Colorado Licensed IT Trainer

Job Summary

Providing advanced training for IT systems, the full-time Colorado Licensed IT Trainer will deliver lesson plans, evaluate training materials, and offer troubleshooting support, all while working remotely from Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Delivers lesson plans and curriculum through various instructional methods, including individual training and group instruction
• Evaluates training materials and program effectiveness to ensure course objectives are met
• Documents advanced issues and workflow changes during training sessions and collaborates with the Supervisor for necessary adjustments

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Epic Certification or Accreditation in one or more specified areas is preferred
