Job Summary

Seeking a Colorado Licensed Kitchen Manager, the full-time Executive Chef will oversee daily operations of a food manufacturing facility in Denver, CO, leading a team to produce therapeutic recipes for clinical trials while managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with R&D on menu development.

Key responsibilities:
  • Produce and oversee the production of food for clinical trials, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety
  • Adhere to HACCP regulations and implement quality assurance protocols while training staff on compliance
  • Collaborate with R&D to develop and evaluate recipes, ensuring nutritional integrity and variety for patients
Required qualifications:
  • At least 6 years of culinary industry experience, including 2 years in a management role
  • Updated ServSafe Certification
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control
  • Proficiency in recipe management applications and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Strong culinary knowledge with a passion for nutrition and team leadership
