Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-time Director, Leadership Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and manage implementation for client projects, including designing action plans and monitoring progress
• Cultivate client relationships and build client capacity through authentic engagement and customized support
• Lead diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture and guiding staff development to achieve project goals

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience as a school principal with a track record of raising student achievement in high-need schools (required)
• Experience coaching and facilitating professional development for school leaders and teachers (required)
• Immediate understanding of effective teaching practices and commitment to rigorous instruction
• Strong familiarity with the Colorado Standards (preferred)
• Ability to track and analyze performance data to improve results strategically
