Managing a portfolio of leadership development projects, the part-time Colorado Licensed Leadership Director will oversee client relationships, implement strategies for educational improvement, and lead diverse teams to enhance organizational goals in the Denver Metro Area.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead strategy and manage implementation for client projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Cultivate client relationships and build client capacity through effective engagement and customized support
  • Manage and develop inclusive teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience as a school principal with a proven track record of raising student achievement
  • Experience in coaching and facilitating professional development for school leaders and teachers
  • Strong familiarity with the Colorado Standards
  • Ability to track and analyze performance data to drive strategic improvements
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate leaders
