Job Summary

Colorado Licensed Litigation Attorney, seeking a highly skilled attorney with extensive litigation and claims management experience for a full-time role, responsible for managing a nationwide litigation caseload, developing discovery strategies, and collaborating with clients and colleagues in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Conduct thorough investigations and proactively identify discovery issues unique to each case
• Develop strategic discovery responses and manage a national claims program for efficiency

Qualifications:

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in at least one state
• 5+ years of litigation experience required
• Strong discovery experience and familiarity with multi-jurisdictional litigation preferred
• Background in transportation, logistics, or related regulatory frameworks preferred
