Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal (Litigation and Risk) to manage pre-litigation disputes and support litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and draft responses to escalated consumer complaints and regulatory inquiries
• Assist with fact investigation and prepare electronic data for document production in litigation
• Maintain electronic records of pre-litigation disputes and ongoing litigation within the matter management system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification, or equivalent education and work experience
• 6+ years of experience as a paralegal supporting litigation or dispute resolution
• Working knowledge of state and federal litigation procedures and standard contractual language
• Prior experience handling litigation matters in a corporate environment or law firm preferred
• Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and meet reporting deadlines
