Job Summary
To promote and sell loan products, the full-time hybrid Colorado Licensed Loan Officer will manage client relationships, conduct borrower interviews, and ensure timely loan closings while working remotely within the Denver Metro Area.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and manage client relationships
- Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data
- Negotiate rates and terms while ensuring compliance with mortgage lending regulations
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Must be a licensed Loan Officer or able to obtain a license within 60 days of start date
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
