Job Summary
To support the expansion of a new office, the full-time Colorado Licensed Managing Attorney will manage and grow the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations, handle a high-volume creditors' rights caseload, and supervise staff while collaborating with firm leadership in a hybrid/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing and expanding the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations
- Oversee a high-volume creditors' rights and foreclosure caseload
- Supervise paralegals and support staff, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of creditors' rights experience
- Deep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements in Colorado
- Strong background in mortgage default, foreclosure litigation, and bankruptcy
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Proven people management and leadership skills
