Job Summary

To support the expansion of a new office, the full-time Colorado Licensed Managing Attorney will manage and grow the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations, handle a high-volume creditors' rights caseload, and supervise staff while collaborating with firm leadership in a hybrid/remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and expanding the firm's foreclosure and litigation operations
  • Oversee a high-volume creditors' rights and foreclosure caseload
  • Supervise paralegals and support staff, ensuring compliance with firm procedures and quality standards
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of creditors' rights experience
  • Deep knowledge of foreclosure procedures and legal requirements in Colorado
  • Strong background in mortgage default, foreclosure litigation, and bankruptcy
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
