Key Responsibilities

• Manage expectations and collaborate with multiple teams on marketing automation best practices
• Oversee lead management processes, including lead scoring and routing within Marketo
• Provide data-driven solutions and optimize marketing programs based on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with Marketo/MAP and 2-3 years with Salesforce
• Strong program and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
• Hands-on experience with dashboard creation and reporting
• Self-motivated and passionate about marketing automation
