Job Summary
To enhance clinical skills and therapy adoption, the full-time Colorado Licensed Medical Education Lead will develop educational programs, engage with healthcare professionals, and support internal training initiatives, while working onsite in Lakewood, CO or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with thought leaders and healthcare professionals to drive therapy awareness and adoption
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance clinical knowledge and address unmet medical needs in apheresis
- Respond to medical inquiries and lead presentations, ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Required qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) credentials required; Master's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in apheresis, blood product management, or blood banking
- Certification in Apheresis is preferred
- Experience with genetic hematological disorders is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a matrix structure
