Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent in Colorado Springs, CO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective members, assisting them with their insurance needs and converting calls into sales
  • Follow up with members regarding questions or to review current and new products and services
  • Document member information using multiple computer systems while maintaining engagement with the member
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • No prior insurance license required; support provided to obtain necessary state insurance licenses
  • Completion of UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes is mandatory
  • Ability to meet performance goals in areas such as attendance and consumer experience
  • Flexibility to work full-time with potential rotational weekend shifts
  • Must maintain requirements for agent licensure and annual product certification
