Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them into qualified leads and sales
• Follow up with members regarding questions and review current or new products and services
• Assist in completing enrollment over the phone while adhering to product requirements and guidelines

Required Qualifications

• No prior insurance license required; support provided to obtain necessary state licenses
• Successful completion of UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes
• Ability to meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
• Flexibility to work full-time with rotational weekend shifts
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems for documentation
