Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Agent - Hybrid in Colorado Springs, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective members and convert them into qualified leads and sales
• Follow up with members regarding questions or to review current or new products and services
• Assist in the completion of enrollment over the phone while adhering to product requirements and guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• No prior state insurance license is required to start; training will be provided
• Must complete UHC Portfolio Agent New Hire training classes successfully
• Ability to meet performance, attendance, and consumer experience goals
• Must maintain requirements for agent licensure and annual product certification
• Full-time availability with flexibility for rotational weekend work
