Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and build individualized treatment plans
• Provide outpatient behavioral health care in a hybrid setting (telehealth, office, and in-home sessions)
• Deliver evidence-based interventions while experimenting with new, creative approaches

Required Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in good standing in the State of Colorado
• Experience in clinical therapy
• Skilled in working with diverse populations, particularly Medicaid clients
• Comfortable with clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans
• Willingness to work with children and/or bring an existing caseload is a bonus
