Job Summary

Seeking a Colorado Licensed Nurse Advisor for a full-time evening shift position, the role involves performing telephone triage, collecting patient health data, and providing care advice remotely while ensuring compliance with guidelines and improving healthcare outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and assess patient health data to identify unique needs and provide appropriate care advice
• Review medications and health history, ensuring safety and appropriateness of care for patients of all ages
• Integrate quality improvement activities into practice and adjust care recommendations based on individual patient situations

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• 1-3 years of recent nursing experience required
• Current RN license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies required
• BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross required
• Ability to provide age-appropriate triage and treatment dispositions for a diverse patient population
