Job Summary
To support a growing practice in addiction medicine, the full-time Colorado Licensed Nurse Practitioner will work remotely to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) and independently manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care.
Key responsibilities
- Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment for patients in a remote outpatient setting
- Deliver patient-centered care aligned with harm reduction principles and support patients in achieving their recovery goals
- Maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and documentation standards
Required qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado or one of the specified states
- At least 6 months of experience in an independent outpatient setting prescribing buprenorphine-based medications
- Ability to work autonomously with a strong patient-centered practice
- Private workspace that complies with HIPAA regulations
- Willingness to work full-time, 30-40 hours per week, with various shift options available
