Colorado Licensed Nurse Triage

Job Summary

Providing essential telephone triage services, the full-time Colorado Licensed Nurse Triage will independently collect patient data, assess conditions, and offer care advice while working remotely in Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and evaluate patient health data to identify needs and provide appropriate care advice across all age groups
• Review medications and health history, ensuring safety and appropriateness of care, while acting as a team leader as needed
• Document assessments and advice clearly, integrating quality improvement activities into practice and adjusting care based on unique patient situations

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• 1-3 years of recent nursing experience required
• Current RN license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
• Ability to provide age-appropriate triage and treatment dispositions for a diverse patient population
