Job Summary

To support a school in Colorado, the part-time Colorado Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide therapy services to students, conduct assessments, develop IEP plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapy, conduct evaluations, and manage cases for approximately 30-35 students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while evaluating student progress
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive support for students with special needs
Required qualifications
  • BS, Master's, OTD, or PhD in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
  • Current Colorado state license as an Occupational Therapist and NBCOT certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of virtual OT experience, including conducting evaluations
  • Experience working with children and a strong foundation in Sensory Integration
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and parents, demonstrating tact and discretion in communications
