Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Outpatient Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate outpatient coding operations, including personnel management and workflow
• Monitor coding quality and productivity to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial goals
• Collaborate with various departments to support coding expertise and address related issues

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of coding experience in an acute care setting required
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience required
• Current AHIMA or AAPC credentials required and maintained
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and understanding of coding guidelines
