Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare lease amendments and coordinate document execution for real estate transactions
• Assist in preparing Franchise Disclosure Documents and drafting franchise agreements
• Review governance documents and maintain legal document organization within the electronic database

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm environment
• Working knowledge of lease documents, contracts, and legal document formatting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Familiarity with franchise law and corporate governance practices is a plus
