Job Summary
Supporting a national team in a remote capacity, the full-time Colorado Licensed Paralegal will assist with investigations, manage evidence databases, and handle legal hold requests related to litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs investigation and file management duties related to legal hold requests and litigation discovery under attorney supervision
- Obtains and manages client documents, identifying potentially relevant materials for cases
- Coordinates efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors while maintaining organized evidentiary data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
- Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Experience with legal holds and evidence preservation is a plus
- Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
- Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus
