Colorado Licensed Paralegal Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Paralegal Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs for paralegals remotely in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive paralegal training curriculum and develop on-demand training materials
• Deliver live virtual workshops and assist in recruiting guest speakers for training sessions
• Assess learning needs, develop performance metrics, and provide ongoing support to paralegals

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a paralegal in family law or a comparable area of law
• Experience designing and delivering legal or other training programs
• Strong working knowledge of family law procedures in at least one of the firm's states
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is preferred
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Adobe, and LMS platforms
