Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Colorado Licensed Patient Account Associate will manage payment details, research account discrepancies, and initiate payer recoupments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and validate payment details, ensuring accurate adjustments to payment postings
• Initiate and follow up on payer recoupments and refunds to achieve account resolution
• Navigate various payer claim portals and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician back-end revenue cycle required
• Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations required
