Colorado Licensed Patient Accounts Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the daily revenue cycle functions, the full-time Colorado Licensed Patient Accounts Supervisor will manage claims processing, denials, payments, and customer service while working remotely and collaborating with the leadership team to optimize staffing and workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the revenue cycle, ensuring timely claims processing and accurate billing
• Develop and implement training for new employees while resolving billing and insurance issues
• Collaborate with leadership to address workflow challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Three (3) years of experience in back-end revenue cycle is required
• One (1) year of team lead or supervisory experience is required
• Five (5) years of experience in back-end revenue cycle is preferred
