A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate Payment Posting Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Post payments to patient accounts and balance payments to deposits
• Research and validate payment postings, ensuring account resolution
• Train and mentor new associates while monitoring team performance

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of three years of experience in Medical Billing payment posting
• Ability to operate computers and office equipment
• Physical capability to remain seated or standing for long periods
• Ability to lift and transport objects and office supplies as needed
