Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payments Manager responsible for overseeing shareholder payment functions and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Approve daily bank reconciliations and prepare monthly reconciliation reports
- Review payment instructions and facilitate transfers of interest while ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of operational management experience with direct supervisory oversight preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in Banking/Financial services preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or training
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
- FINRA-licensed Series 99 Operations Professional or ability to procure within the first year
