Colorado Licensed PERM Paralegal

Job Summary

To support a dynamic immigration practice, the full-time Colorado Licensed PERM Paralegal will prepare and file high-volume PERM applications, compile and analyze case facts, and maintain client documentation, with the flexibility to work remotely while residing in a state with a physical office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file high-volume PERM applications under attorney supervision
• Compile and analyze case facts and draft correspondence for client matters
• Maintain and organize client documentation while communicating with multiple attorneys

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program
• 5+ years of experience drafting and preparing PERM applications, preferably in a large law firm
• Strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INSZoom, and document management systems
• Ability to multitask and work independently toward team goals
• Strong written and oral communication skills
