Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to support population health initiatives by optimizing medication use and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to manage medications and improve adherence
• Monitors medication adherence and identifies gaps in care to support health interventions
• Educates patients and families about medications and generates reports on adherence and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Completion of pharmacy technician training program or at least two years of experience as a pharmacy technician
• Current pharmacy technician certification and/or license in state of practice
• Preferred certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or equivalent
• Experience in value-based care or medication management settings is preferred
