Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Pharmacy Technician to manage patient enrollment and education for specialty pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to eligible patients and enroll them in the specialty pharmacy program
• Educate patients on the services offered and maintain confidentiality of patient information
• Review patient charts and identify medications and supplies necessary for treatment

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Licensed pharmacy technicians in Colorado are required; national certification preferred but not mandatory
• 0-1 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or related field
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or PTCB/ExCPT License preferred
• Commitment to obtaining required licensure if not currently held
• Flexibility in shift times is necessary
