Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within established legal and ethical guidelines
• Assess and evaluate therapeutic status and contribute to the development of care plans
• Instruct patients and families on therapies and coordinate caseload management

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado
• One year of experience as a home care professional physical therapist preferred
• Ability to make sound clinical judgments and assess patient needs
• Proficiency in clinical skills and documentation
• Possession of an automobile, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance
