Job Summary

Seeking a Colorado Licensed Physician, the part-time contract Emotional Support Animal Assessor will conduct mental health assessments, determine the need for emotional support animals, and coordinate timely consultations with clients in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' mental health to assess their need for an emotional support animal
• Schedule and conduct consultations, responding to client inquiries within 24 hours
• Collaborate on follow-up support and documentation for clients as needed

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) licensed in Colorado
• Experience with prescribing emotional support animal letters preferred, but training is available
• Experience with phone and/or virtual consultations
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of technology
