Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a temporary mentorship program designed for 3rd year physician residents
• Engage in training focused on next-generation population health models in a collaborative primary care environment
• Enhance residency experience with financial and mentoring support while preparing for transition to private practice

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their 3rd year of residency or completing a fellowship
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Colorado
