Job Summary

Seeking a Colorado Licensed Physician Resident, the remote paid mentorship program is designed for PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Residents who will engage in a customized training experience, enhancing their skills while preparing for a full-time role post-residency.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a mentorship program focused on next-generation population health models
• Commit a few hours per month to virtual training and team-based practice exposure
• Enhance residency experience while preparing for a successful transition to private practice

Required qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be in the process of transitioning into the 3rd year of residency or completing a fellowship
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Colorado
