Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Mental Health Provider (PMHNP) to join their team in Colorado (100% remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
• Prescribe medications, controlled substances, and diagnostic tests for accurate diagnoses
• Formulate treatment plans for conditions such as ADHD, Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety

Required Qualifications

• Must be a PMHNP
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience with prescribing controlled substances
• Valid DEA and Medical License (multi-state license preferred)
• Mental health certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years mental health experience required
