Job Summary

Supervising the daily operations of the Pre-Access Service Center, the full-time remote Colorado Licensed Pre-Access Supervisor will ensure high-quality service delivery, oversee departmental workflows, and collaborate with organizational leaders to enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the Patient Access department to meet quality standards
• Monitor workqueues and workflows for timely delivery of outcomes
• Provide input for hiring, training, and coaching of team members

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate's degree or higher is preferred
• At least three years of work experience in Patient Access is required
• Previous experience with Epic is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
