Job Summary

To support patient scheduling needs, the full-time Colorado Licensed Pre-Registrar will manage incoming calls and fax requests to schedule outpatient tests, complete pre-registration for patients, and ensure valid provider orders are obtained, all while working remotely from Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process phone calls and fax requests for scheduling outpatient tests
• Complete pre-registration for scheduled patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected
• Verify and obtain valid provider orders for scheduled services

Required qualifications

• Two years of previous Patient Scheduling or Patient Access experience preferred
• Experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD-10 codes preferred
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or GED is required
