Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical work of Associate Therapists providing telehealth services
• Guide and mentor emerging therapists as they accumulate clinical hours for full licensure
• Contribute to a supportive and collaborative practice culture

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• A Master's degree in Counseling
• A valid LPC license in good standing in Colorado for a minimum of 2 years
• Training and certification to serve as a clinical supervisor
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
