Job Summary
To support the development of associate-level clinicians, the remote contract Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado will provide board-required clinical supervision while delivering telehealth services to the Medicaid community.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians working toward full licensure
- Guide associates through documentation and compliance with Medicaid guidelines
- Utilize professional judgment to shape supervision according to board requirements and personal practice goals
Required qualifications
- Valid LPC license in good standing in Colorado for a minimum of 2 years with board approval for clinical supervision
- Master's degree in Counseling
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate)
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
