Colorado Licensed Program Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Program Development Manager, Health Science, QSI, Stroke & AFIB.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and improvement of inpatient quality improvement initiatives related to stroke
• Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical guidelines and process improvement methodologies
• Guide QI staff in data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience, preferably in a healthcare field
• 5 years of experience in inpatient clinical care, clinical quality improvement, or hospital operations
• Experience implementing evidence-based guidelines or performance improvement programs
• Strong understanding of inpatient quality measures and clinical workflows, particularly for stroke care
• Ability to analyze and interpret performance data
