Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Supervisor to support program management and oversee staff performance for services aimed at children and adults.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of orientation and ongoing training for new staff
• Provide supervision and guidance to staff, addressing performance concerns and conducting evaluations
• Assist with program budget management and ensure compliance with documentation and service standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in child welfare services
• Experience in staff supervision and performance management
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and child/adolescent development
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
