Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in Addiction Medicine for a part-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing care for individuals with substance use disorders (SUDs)
• Incorporate harm reduction practices and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary care team
• Complete visit documentation and provide feedback to enhance digital treatment platforms

Required Qualifications

• Active NP license and PMHNP certification in the state of residency
• Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing buprenorphine-based medications in an outpatient setting
• Degree from an accredited nursing program and a graduate-level clinician program
• Experience managing SUDs within a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing tools
