Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Estate Signing Agent in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct General Notary or Real Estate RON sessions in compliance with state law and platform standards
• Verify signer identity using Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) and biometric identity tools
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and required notarial elements

Required Qualifications

• Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week, with weekend availability preferred
• Active commissions as a notary public in a RON-authorized state
• 1 year of traditional notary experience and 6 months of RON experience
• Completion of a RON Education Course and NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent
• Valid Digital Certificate from IdenTrust and $250,000 Errors & Omissions Insurance (minimum)
