Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Transfer Center - PRN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the acceptance and transfer of external patients to ensure appropriate action
• Provides telephonic case management and care coordination for Managed Care Organization members
• Collaborates with healthcare teams and manages on-call schedule changes for essential services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in nursing from an accredited program
• 1-3 years of trauma and/or emergency care experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Current RN licensure from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies
• Bilingual skills preferred
