Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse, Transfer Center - P/T - Remote - Must Live in Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates the acceptance and transfer of external patients to ensure appropriate actions are taken
• Provides telephonic case management for members of a Managed Care Organization, including care coordination and triage
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and manages outreach trauma patients into the health system

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate's Degree in nursing from an accredited program
• 1-3 years of trauma and/or emergency care experience
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Current RN license from the Department of Regulatory Agencies
• Bilingual skills preferred
